Common Issues
Arc Fault Detection (AFD) Trips
Safety mechanism shuts down inverter when arc faults are detected. Most common with loose module connectors or damaged wiring.
Grid Frequency Errors
Inverter cannot synchronize with grid frequency (60Hz in US). Typically caused by weak grid or solar provider issues.
Fan Overheating
Cooling fans work overtime in extreme heat. Inverter may derate or shut down if temperature exceeds safe limits.
Slow Data Transmission
Monitoring data updates slower than normal due to poor network connectivity. Check router signal strength.
